Mitsubishi Motors NZ (MMNZ) returns to Fieldays at stand J42 with a brace of
beasts “too rare to miss” – strictly limited-edition Triton GSR and GLX Sport
utes – plus a sneak preview of the new 2025 model-year Outlander

  • Top-of-the-range Triton GSR (100 units only) and Triton GLX Sport (300 units) available with premium accessories at special Fieldays price of $69,990 and $49,990 respectively.
  • Full vehicle range on display – including rare opportunity to preview the new 2025 Outlander petrol and PHEV models.
  • Wide range of genuine and approved accessories on display.

One of New Zealand’s most popular utes, Mitsubishi Triton is a beast to be reckoned with. Now MMNZ has released a breed “too rare to miss” especially for Fieldays – strictly limited Triton GSR and GLX 4WD double-cab models kitted out with a range of premium accessories and available at jaw-dropping price points.

“Triton GSR is the undisputed king of the beasts,” said Reece Congdon, MMNZ Head of Marketing & Corporate Affairs. “It’s the ultimate Triton, with a striking design, top-level spec and the perfect blend of toughness and style for any adventure.

“Fieldays is always a special event on our calendar, and we’re excited to be launching this very special offer to mark the occasion.”

In addition to the exceptional features available on the GLX Sport, including power lumbar support, advanced safety systems, a 9-inch SDA Navigation System and Super Select II 4WD, the GSR comes equipped with unique 20” black alloy wheels, all-terrain Nexen tyres, a front nudge bar, sailplane sports bar and electric roll top.

The GLX Sport is a cut above the regular GLX model, with a range of additional features, including 18” black alloy wheels, a black sports bar, leather steering wheel and a leather gear shift.

“Only 100 GSR models and 300 GLX Sport are available at these prices, so they really are two beasts too rare to miss out on!” said Congdon.

Representing Triton’s practical off-road capabilities will be one of the models loaned by MMNZ to disaster relief charity Taskforce Kiwi, helping to provide tactical emergency response in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Strength in depth

Triton will be joined at Fieldays by the full Mitsubishi range, which includes the second and third highest-selling passenger cars of 2024 – ASX and Outlander.

“These are our most popular models and among the most popular vehicles for Kiwis across the country,” said Congdon. “There will be something for everyone at our Fieldays stand – and the chance to preview our brand-new 2025 model-year petrol and hybrid Outlander models. Plus, finance options will be available onsite through our partners UDC.

“We’ll also have some great deals on a range of genuine accessories for those looking to take their ride to the next level. Our team is looking forward to a great turnout this year!”
